PAUL KEMP, TEACHING PASTOR

Paul is married to Cindie and they have two children, Ryan (not pictured) and April. Paul loves to spend his spare time mountain biking or canoeing. His passion is communicating the timeless truths of Scripture in a compelling way to a new generation. Paul is a graduate of Baylor University and Western Conservative Seminary in Portland, Oregon. Paul has done additional post-graduate work at Dallas Seminary and Colorado Christian University. paul@experiencefellowship.com

JJ PLASENCIO, WORSHIP ARTS

JJ is married to Tonia and is the father of Joel and Jasmine. JJ toured with "Six Pence None the Richer" and "Plumb," before serving as the music director at Gateway Community Church. He has a passion for leading God's people into a deeper experience of His presence through worship and the arts. In his spare time, you will usually find JJ playing in the creek with Joel and Jasmine, or hanging out in the studio just being JJ. jj@experiencefellowship.com

JONATHAN D'ELIA, COMMUNITY PASTOR

Jonathan is married to Amy and they have a two daughters, Monica and Sabrina. Jonathan and Amy come to us from Santa Clarita, California where Jonathan was the associate pastor in charge of small groups and pastoral counseling at North Park Community Church. Jonathan is a graduate of Talbot Seminary and enjoys hiking, singing and studying history in his spare time. CINDIE KEMP, CHILDREN'S COORDINATOR

Cindie is married to Paul and is the mother of Ryan and April. Cindie is a San Antonio native and graduated from Mary-Hardin Baylor with a Business degree. Cindie and Paul are in a new phase of life with both kids away at college. Cindie’s main project is keeping Paul in line. She enjoys occasional mountain bike outings with Paul and loves to shop for fabric and read. In addition to leading out in Children’s Ministry, Cindie leads out in our Women's Ministry and quietly works behind the scenes on a variety of projects. cindie@experiencefellowship.com

KOBI LEBLANC, PRESCHOOL

Kobi is married to Brandon and is the busy mom of Hawk, Kanga and Dove. Kobi has a degree in Psychology and Early Childhood education from Texas State University. She and Brandon served on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ. kobi@experiencefellowship.com

LES HOOD, COMPASSION

Les is married to Nancy and they have three grown children and three grandchildren. Nancy is a trauma nurse at Breckinridge Hospital. Les served two tours in Vietnam and is forgoing his third retirement to join the staff team at fellowship. Les has a passion for missions and compassion, whether it is caring for the fellowship family, ministering to the homeless, maintaining the orphanage at Piedras Negras, participating in disaster relief teams or serving in East Austin. les@experiencefellowship.com
